One Small Step For Mediocrity

You know, I've been rocking the same mediocre GPA for four straight semesters now (seriously - all four were within like 0.5 points), but apparently I can break that. I got my last grade for this fall today, and after averaging these grades against my other semesters, my average grade for this semester was a full 3 points higher than all my other semesters.

Now, if it only made any difference whatsoever...

Congratulations, Vice!

Yeah, we are pretty much locked in to our previous, randomly determined grades. Law school sucks anecdote number 478. At least you can make a pitch to potential employers that you have a positive trend going, like Disco Stu: "if these trends continue..."

Hey, the random grades are a bummer, but what do you expect when your work is graded by the Thomas M. Palay Center for the Primate Grading of Exams. The grading is but a small part of this great research program. Much stands to be learned about the cognative abilities of primates, and for that we should all be grateful.

Congratulations, Mr. Vice. But, honestly, who gives a shit about the grades? I know you're going to be a fan-fucking-tastic lawyer, so don't worry about anything.

Donnie, am I to assume there are bowtie wearing orangutans sitting in cage, flinging feces at an exceptionally large dartboard to determine what grades we receive as law students?

I must say, I for one am honored.
